Who are we

Crepsol Group is a private capital company founded in 2013.

The owners are an independent group of private investors who focused on start-up projects in the IT sector.

They come from all walks of life and have experience in planning, consulting, finance, management, law and other business spheres, as well as substantial Venture Capital funds. We also combine deep knowledge of local markets with international experience.

Crepsol Group offers business incubation for seed or start-up projects or companies in all areas of e-business.

Our strengths

We are a small and committed team of private investors who are fully interested in any promising e-business idea.

As former owners and founders of various companies and ventures, we want to use our experience and financial resources accumulated over the years. We want to support innovative and promising ideas and start-ups, and help budding entrepreneurs who do not have sufficient funds, proper management or a development plan.

We are patient investors, focused on achieving the best long-term results. We want our financial resources, knowledge and many years of experience to develop our partners' businesses, while also obtaining stable financial benefits.

Our experience

2014 - 2016

Crepsol Group SRL is established. The first activities concerned the creation of the company's structure, construction of management facilities and technological support. We co-created the Software House, which is still the technological base for our projects and activities. We financed and co-created the first project for the business incubator - Delaware Emerging Technology Center.

2016 - 2018

In cooperation with Innovation Depot Alabama, we created and co-financed 3 projects. We also opened a European branch, focusing on the most developing markets in Eastern Europe.

2018 - 2020

We co-financed and co-created online services for the British, Croatian and Polish markets. We have launched 4 own projects on the European market. We focused primarily on the British, Polish and Iberian markets.

2020 - 2022

The period of the Covid pandemic has blocked new investments. We worked on the development of our own ventures in preparation for the new “post-covid” opening. We are starting the year 2023 with a new investment in the European market, planning to launch it at the end of the year.
